ACLS 16-17 April:
“Actually ok well organised. Overall ok, really enjoyed it. Happy with trainer. Venue is just a bit far, would suggest to offer accommodation close by for people who live far. Enjoyed the food especially yesterday’s lasagne. No complaints about service. Already referred all his friends and will come back. Good that courses are internationally recognised, this is what attracted him and his friends.”
Dr Ramazani Ngoy – Sasolburg, South Africa
PALS 10-11 April:
“Wow! Extremely valuable. Yvette was amazing, I wanted to keep going even though I was tired. Course is bulky but good. Yvette went down to their level, made it easy and understandable. Very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond. Equipment; all was available, even had meds to show. Food was nice especially the steak, filling, loved cream sauce. More than satisfied with service. Mel was patient and she appreciates Mel’s patience. I will send my husband.”
Dr Christelle Ngwey – Alberton, South Africa
“Absolutely awesome. Great Facilitator & course. Facility is superb. Food was remarkable. All commented on the quality of food. Made comparison to other Training Centres and said we are far better and reflect a professional establishment. Good Communication, courses all ran smoothly.”
David da Silva – Edenvale, South Africa
BLS & ACLS 26-28 March:
“Very well organized and well-presented. Michael & Riaan – Both instructors were knowledgeable & experienced – see experience coming through when training. They both skilled and have ability to pass information across from different point of view, adjusted to suit the delegates levels.
Training room is great, well ventilated – aircon not working didn’t matter. Layout correct, well set up, started on time. Very good meals, quality exceptionally good, good variety available. Would suggest serviettes to be put out, can’t complain about the meals. Mel is very good, well organized & put together.
Eve was also very friendly. Absolutely will come back. Tip: To gauge response from delegates and perhaps allow more regular five minute breaks to ensure attention – Best quality training that she has experienced.”
Mariaan Pienaar – Benoni, South Africa
PALS 13-14 March 2019:
“Training was very very good. The standard at ATA is superior to other training centres I have used in the past. ATA definitely upheld standards of the AHA. I have done training in SA & overseas with AHA and ATA can be proud of their standards.
Riaan was Excellent – perfectly gauged with regard to how much info to give and when. Equipment and venue is all excellent, nothing to complain about.
Catering; Sufficient in terms of quality & quantity. Must say Mel was extremely accommodating, special commendation to Melissa for her service. Will definitely come back and refer others.”
– Nina Steinberg – Pretoria, South Africa
ITLS 05-06 March 2019:
“Don’t have anything negative to say. Amazing course, learnt a lot, quite happy. Riaan was well informed, patient and explained everything. Equipment and venue, all clean and working and environment good & clean.
Catering, was ok, healthy meals, meat was a bit overcooked for me. Happy with service, excellent from reception all updates & Melissa was good too. Coming back for BLS, ACLS & PALS.”
– Salome Ramadiro – Rustenburg, South Africa
BLS & ACLS 14-16 AUGUST:
It is with great pleasure that I write this email to pass my heartfelt gratitude to all of you at the academy.
You are all exceptional people. Thank you so much for your hospitality, friendliness and helping me through being away from my little one.
From our group; utmost respect and gratitude to Riaan. He’s so diligent, integrates academic knowledge to real life situations. He’s a wonderful calm instructor, never had I been so calm when the word “rescus” is used next to me. Wow
From these past few days I’ve been trained and challenged to bring change to my hospital, my empathy is revived.
Thank you again, will sure recommend your academy to my colleagues. Till we meet again.
